Bio Matrix Inc. has a regional technician based in Apex, NC — minutes from the RTP campus boundary and the Durham, Raleigh, and Cary corridors. On-site calibration visits are available for facilities with 10 or more pipettes, with our technician arriving fully equipped with calibration equipment, tools, and 800+ OEM-quality replacement parts. Pipette repairs are completed in the same visit when parts are available, eliminating the need to ship instruments off-site. Smaller labs and single-instrument needs are handled via mail-in service with no minimum count.
Every calibration certificate is reviewed, signed, and delivered digitally in a format accepted by FDA auditors, CAP inspectors, CLIA surveyors, and GLP/GMP quality teams. Level 3 service includes as-found and as-left performance data for facilities with the strictest documentation requirements.
