The majority of malfunctioning pipettes we evaluate can be restored to manufacturer specifications. Repair labor is included with Level 1 calibration — you pay only for parts. Standalone repair estimates are available separately.
Free Inspection & Estimate
Every pipette received for repair gets a full inspection. We furnish a repair estimate before any work begins.
Parts Assessment
If your pipette requires a part we have in stock, repairs typically complete within 48 hours. Non-stocked parts receive an estimated timeline before we proceed.
Repair with OEM or OEM-Compatible Parts
We stock 800+ replacement parts — over 90% are OEM. All non-OEM parts are validated in quality control.
Calibration & Verification
Repaired pipettes are calibrated and verified to manufacturer specification. NIST-traceable calibration certificates are available as an add-on for GLP, GMP, and regulated labs — request when submitting your service order.
Most major brands accepted — single-channel, multichannel, electronic, and manual. Serviceability subject to condition and parts availability.
Repair labor is provided at no charge as part of Level 1 service. You are responsible only for the cost of replacement parts. Additional calibration documentation levels can be added at any time.
All calibration services include a 90-day limited warranty against defects in workmanship. Parts replaced during service carry a 90-day limited warranty. Does not cover damage from misuse, mishandling, physical impact, corrosive or chemical exposure, or service by a third party.
Mail-In Repairs — Shipping
All instruments sent for mail-in repair must be decontaminated from radioactivity, bio-hazardous material, and toxic substances. A decontamination form is sent with your service confirmation.
Inbound and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in all cases — including instruments returned unrepaired or where service is declined after inspection.
On-Site Repairs
On-site repair visits scheduled independently of a calibration service call are subject to a travel charge. All applicable charges are itemized in your service quote before scheduling.
