ON-SITE CALIBRATION

Bio Matrix will repair and calibrate your pipettes on-site at your convenience.

SERVICE FOR SINGLE CHANNEL PIPETTES

This service consists of on-site repair and calibration for all brands of single channel pipettes, including free replacement of Teflon seals.

Any other part(s) required to repair the pipette will be replaced and charged.

A free estimate of the total cost of repair, calibration and replacement parts can be made available to the client, if required.

A certificate of calibration will be provided upon request at no cost to the client.

SERVICE FOR MULTI-CHANNEL PIPETTES

Service include complete internal and external cleaning of pipette, damage inspection, replacement of Teflon seal (included in the price of service) and replacement of any other parts that require replacing.

A certificate of certification will be provided if requested.

WEEKEND SERVICE

We understand that many of our clients have busy schedule and find it difficult to take time off from their research in order to have their pipettes calibrated. Therefore, we at Bio Matrix offer a unique weekend service option. We will repair and calibrate your pipettes over the weekend at for a nominal fee, to save you time.

WARRANTY TERMS

We warranty all our work for a period of ten months from the date of service of the instrument.
